    If you're into the Paleo diet this is a great book. The book covers 50 tasty recipes that includes, breakfasts, lunches, smoothies and more. The author also throws in some interesting facts and descriptions to help make the recipes more readable.

    It's good but the book itself is a bit flimsy and it only shows the recipe, no pictures of what it is meant to look like.
