    This is the most beautiful book! Robyn gives amazing and practical advice on how to eat and adjust your lifestyle to heal and maintain good gut health. She explains all about how the gut works and how important it is to look after this second brain of your body for a healthy and happy life. I love the way Robyn writes in a really natural and conversational way, as I find that most books written on this topic can be too scientific and sound really over complicated, full of facts that are hard to remember. Robyn on the other hand makes every step simple and easy to fit into your day. The recipes are also amazing! I have already tried a few - cannot recommend the pumpkin breakfast muffins enough - and they are super delicious. It is great knowing you are looking after your body from the inside out.

    Good for inspiration. Although I've more or less implemented her message through my own food journey, I still felt like I was being talked to as if I didn't know what food was, which was off-putting. Some of the recipes are way too basic, others a new twist on an oldie but a goodie.

    I absolutely LOVE this book!!!! I thoroughly recommend it! Robyn makes eating healthily sooo tasty and easy. There are lots of fantastic lifestyle tips that I am enjoying putting into practice! This book is a MUST for anyone who wants to improve their gut health/ digestion/ health... all my friends are getting a copy! Thanks Robyn!
